Scheduling
Branding and hosted pages
Your logo, colors, team photos and the copy on hosted router pages.
Every page and email a lead sees can carry your brand: your logo, colors and words, plus real photos of the people they'll meet. Workspace admins set this up once under Settings → Branding; each router's hosted page can then get its own copy.
Workspace branding
Settings → Branding controls booking pages, hosted router pages, the website widget and invitee emails. A live preview shows a booking page as you change things.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Logo | Shown at the top of booking pages, hosted pages and emails. Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG, or paste an https:// URL. |
| Logo for dark backgrounds | Optional; used on dark page backgrounds. |
| Brand color | Buttons, selected times and links. |
| Accent color | Used in background gradients. Defaults to the brand color. |
| Button text | The color of text on buttons. Leave on Auto to pick black or white for the best contrast. |
| Typeface | Modern, Editorial, Friendly or Technical. |
| Corners | Sharp, Rounded or Soft buttons and cards. |
| Page background | Glow, Plain, Dots or Gradient mesh behind booking pages. |
| Hide “Scheduling by Cauliflower” | Removes the small link at the bottom of public pages. |
Photos of your team
People book faster when they can see who they'll meet. Everyone can add a photo under Settings → Profile — upload one (it's cropped to a square automatically) or click Use Google photo to import the picture from their Google account. Admins can set teammates' photos from Settings → Members.
Photos appear on booking pages, on hosted router pages (the "people you may meet" section), on the confirmation screen and in invitee emails, together with each person's job title.
Hosted router pages
Every router has a hosted page at /try/<workspace>/<router> that you can share as a link or embed on your site (Routers → Install, or Copy link / Copy embed code on the router card). Open a router and choose the Hosted page tab to write its copy:
- Layout — split (story on the left, form on the right) or centered.
- Headline & story — eyebrow, headline, subheadline and up to six benefit bullets. Speak to the visitor's problem, not the form.
- Form — the form title, description and button label, a note under the button (for example a privacy line), and per-field labels, placeholders and help text.
- Social proof — show the team who takes the meetings (with their photos) under your own heading, and add a testimonial.
- Search & sharing — the page title and description used by search engines and link previews.
The preview updates as you type. Fields you leave empty fall back to sensible defaults.
Availability
Hosted page copy is a feature the operator of your installation can switch on or off per workspace. Branding and photos are always available.
