Terms of Service
Last updated
These terms govern your use of https://www.usecauliflower.com and the Cauliflower service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
The Service
Cauliflower helps teams route inbound leads, share booking links and schedule meetings, with integrations for calendars, CRMs and other tools. We may change, add or remove features over time. If we remove something you rely on, we'll try to give you notice.
Accounts
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and API keys safe, and turn on two-factor authentication where you can. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account has been compromised.
- Workspace admins control their workspace: who can join, what's connected and the workspace's content.
Your content and data
You keep all rights to the content you and your invitees put into the Service ("Your Data"). You give us permission to host, process and transmit Your Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
You're responsible for having the right to collect and use the information you put into the Service, including the details of the leads and invitees you route and book, and for telling them how you use it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, or send spam or unsolicited messages;
- upload malware or try to break, overload or get around the security of the Service;
- access other customers' data, or scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows it;
- collect sensitive information (such as health or payment card data) through booking pages or forms unless the law allows it and you've told the people concerned.
We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other people at risk. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Third-party services
The Service connects to tools you choose, such as Google Calendar, CRMs, Slack and AI providers. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them. When you connect one, you authorize us to exchange data with it to provide the features you turn on.
Plans and payment
The Service is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, show prices before you're charged, and you can choose whether to continue. Plan limits shown in the Service apply.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time under Settings → Profile. We may end or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms. After an account or workspace is deleted, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limits of liability) will.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every meeting will be booked or synced.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cauliflower won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify Cauliflower against claims arising from Your Data or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post changes on this page and update the date at the top; for significant changes, we'll give you notice by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
General
These terms are the whole agreement between you and Cauliflower about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
